Integrated Study

It is one of the main supporting plates of scientific and technological innovation in Sino-Zijin. Guided by advanced large-scale prospecting and prediction technology and method system, it conducts comprehensive research on regional geological characteristics, stratigraphic structure, metallogenic conditions, metallogenic laws and other geological conditions of major mining zones (mines) at home and abroad, predicts metallogenic geological models, establishes prospecting geological models, and delineates metallogenic target areas. It provides new ideas and directions for the mine to achieve a breakthrough in prospecting, and runs through the whole process of mineral exploration, mine construction and production until the closure of the pit, aiming to solve the medium and long-term resource problems in the mine.

Based on the advantages of its own scientific research team, Zhongse Zijin led the compilation of the Group's Large-scale Prospecting Prediction Guide for Metal Mining Areas, and systematically carried out large-scale metallogenic prediction for domestic mines such as Shanggong in Henan Province, Luyuangou in Henan Province, Nanwenhe in Yunnan Province, Ashele in Xinjiang, Wulagen in Xinjiang and Daping in Yunnan Province, achieving some subversive achievements and establishing new prospecting models. Good prospecting results have been achieved, providing a strong theoretical basis for the Group's scientific and systematic prospecting and storage.

Through in-depth technical cooperation with a number of high-level universities and research institutes in China, we have carried out research on regional extension, metallogenic rules and target selection of important metallogenic zones in the world, achieved a series of important achievements, clarified the regional extension rules of OT(Ouyu Tolgoi) belt and Tianshan Central Asian Gold Belt, and screened a number of high-value mining projects. Strong support for the future of the group's global resource strategic layout.

The team members have rich scientific research experience and extremely high professional quality, with 8 graduate students or above (5 doctoral staff), 5 senior engineers or above titles (2 professor-level senior engineers), with 2 off-campus graduate supervisors, is a practice base for joint training of graduate students between Zhongsi Zijin and universities. The members come from high-level geological colleges and research institutes such as Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, China University of Geosciences, Beijing Institute of Mineral Geology, and other major geological majors covering mineral survey and exploration, structural geology, geochemistry, petrology and so on.
